About Me
My journey into holistic health wasn't a straight line. After going through burnout, recurring migraines, significant weight loss, skin issues, and a severe pollen allergy, I reached a turning point - I realized I had to take charge of my life and my health myself.
Through mindful eating, intentional daily routines, and a holistic view of body, mind, and soul, I overcame these struggles for good - and along the way, I found my true passion: working alongside people, guiding them, and sharing what I've learned so they too can feel healthier, more balanced, and more alive.
Today, I'm a certified holistic nutrition and health coach and a certified yoga teacher. I work with individuals as well as teams, hotels, and fitness studios - offering practical, personalized support without ever asking people to give things up - helping them build healthy routines, ease stress, and sustain their vitality long-term.
